"My stomach issues started 3 years ago with severe acid reflux, I was on PPIs for 2 years with minimal improvement and horrible side effects which made my life a misery. I then had a bout of food poisoning which ruined my gut and I now live with IBS. I've been on a lot of diets, seen all the specialists, taken various probiotics and supplements. The nausea,cramps, reflux, gas and bloating never really resolved. My bloating at night and in the day has pretty much gone. Also I tried food that usually makes me bloated obviously from stretching my stomach there was bloating after eating the meal, but in the morning after being regular the bloating goes. I have also noticed a big difference in my energy levels and the amount of water I hold.
